Tasting Notes: The 2016 Suau has a pleasant honeyed bouquet with hints of orange blossom and marmalade, the second bottle tasted at Domaine de Chevalier expressing a little more exuberance than the first. The palate is well balanced with well-judged acidity. It is not an extravagant Sauternes, but it is certainly pretty and elegant on the finish, plus the tension is such that you'll soon be returning for another sip.  Wine Advocate-Parker
