Hello Kitty Cava
This elegant, semi-sweet and pink Hello Kitty Cava from the Cataluña area in Spain is made from Grenache grapes. This D.O. Cava is made following the Champagne-method with 9 months of aging in the cellar which guarantees a very high quality!
 
Producer information:
Freixa Rigau S.A., Girona, Spain. The Freixa Rigau cellar in Capmany, whose name is a tribute to the family's surnames, is one of the oldest ones in the area. The vineyards are situated on an exceptional terroir. And the companies aim is to make one of the best cava's in the region.
Winemaking:
Traditional Champagne-method, with 2nd fermentation in the bottle. At least 9 months of cellar ageing.
Tasting notes:
Bright pale rosé color and fine bubbles that perform a persistent crown. On the nose it recalls raspberries, with other aromas of ripe forest fruits such as blackberry and plum. Full-bodied with a very long finish.
Serving tips:
Recommended serving temperature between 4℃ and 8℃.
Serve with fresh strawberries.
