The fresh, sour and sweet green plums are paired with the whiskey with a strong smoky flavor. The seemingly conflicting flavors are surprisingly balanced. Up to 25% alcohol can be directly combined with large ice cubes, or with a sparkling drink to make a Highball to drink."
