Ume wine made from green plums produced in Nara Prefecture, combined with home-made shochu and local Motosui. Due to the raw materials, it cannot be produced in large quantities. Very high-quality and fresh sour taste, refreshing taste, 12% alcohol is very easy to drink.
 
"Hanaza" is a kind of traditional Japanese card game. The round table is made of plants and animals, such as plum blossoms, cherry blossoms, peonies, and yellow warblers. Yagi Shuzo's Hanazawa plum wine in this series is designed with reference to the pattern on the Hanazawa card.
