Merchant’s Lair winery history began in the early 1950’s when the Blefari family brought along their ancestral grape planting skill from Italy to the Adelaide Hills wine region. Presently the family owns and runs runs one of the best vineyards in the Adelaide hills and has kept producing their traditional hand crafted wine.
